We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Bromley this September. If you’re someone who genuinely cares about helping young people with special educational needs thrive, this could be a great fit for you.

This role would suit someone who’s patient, adaptable, and ready to make a real difference in the classroom. You’ll be working with a small team of dedicated professionals who are all committed to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

What the role involves:

  • Planning and delivering lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with a range of learning difficulties.
  • Working closely with parents, support staff, and external professionals to ensure each student receives the right support.
  • Tracking progress and adjusting your teaching approach to suit each learner.
  • Creating a calm, encouraging classroom where students feel safe and motivated.
  • Using a mix of traditional and digital resources to support learning.

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS or QTLS is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of how to support students with a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • A calm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
