We are working with a GOOD rated SEN school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking to appoint a qualified and committed Teacher to join its established team from September 2025.
The successful candidate will be open to teaching across Key Stages 1,2,3 and 4.
The pupils have diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, and Severe Learning Difficulties. However, despite their individual challenges, the school are committed to enabling each and every one of their pupils to thrive, develop, and lead fulfilling, happy, and as independent a life as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support student progress and understanding
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
Monitor and assess student achievement in line with school policies
Participate in the wider life of the school, including enrichment and extracurricular activities
The successful candidate will:
Holds QTS
is able to demonstrate the ability to adapt the curriculum delivery to cater for all pupils'' needs;
has the ability to implement personalised goals and objectives to address the core features of SEN, based on each pupil's strengths and identified needs;
is able to demonstrate they are able to organise themselves and others;
is able to be flexible in their approach to working and works as a member of a team;
brings to us a positive "can do" approach and is keen in being trained in the appropriate techniques and strategies;
