SEN Teacher - Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) | Ealing Primary School
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July (potential to become permanent)
Location: Ealing, West London

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an experienced SEN Teacher for a dedicated Alternative Resource Provision (ARP) attached to a welcoming primary school in Ealing. This specialist provision supports a small KS1 cohort of around 10 pupils with Autism, language and communication difficulties, and a range of additional learning needs. Many children are working within the EYFS curriculum, with some presenting behavioural challenges.

This role is ideal for a passionate teacher with experience in special needs schools, SEND classrooms, or ARP settings, who is committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND.

The Role - SEN Teacher (KS1 / Autism / ARP)

As the ARP SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, personalised learning for around 9 KS1& 2 pupils with Autism and SEND
  • Support pupils' communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development
  • Work alongside and manage an experienced LSA, providing clear direction and support
  • Work with the SENDCo, parents, therapists, and external agencies to create tailored provision
  • Adapt teaching and planning to meet a wide range of abilities and needs
  • Foster a calm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
