We are recruiting for an experienced luxury Client Advisor to join a fast-growing fine jewellery brand, who have recently opened their first flagship boutique in West London.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of the brand—providing an exceptional client experience rooted in elegance, discretion, and personal connection. You will guide customers through a journey of craftsmanship and beauty, helping them select timeless pieces and celebrate life’s most special moments.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience aligning with both luxury and brand standards.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, styling advice, and after-sales support.

Maintain deep product knowledge of fine jewellery and brand storytelling.

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Assist with visual merchandising and uphold the boutique’s immaculate presentation.

Handle transactions with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Stay updated on trends in luxury fashion, jewellery, and client lifestyle preferences.

Support inventory management and loss prevention protocols.
Who Are you:

Prior luxury retail experience ideally within jewellery or fashion (minimum 4 years preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for fine jewellery and storytelling through products.

Poise, polished appearance, and a strong sense of discretion.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
