A prestigious luxury jewellery brand, known internationally and especially well-established in the Middle East, is opening a new flagship boutique in London. We're looking for a refined, client-focused Sales Associate to join the launch team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience to high-end clientele.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a true ambassador of the brand, welcoming and advising VIP customers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a high-net-worth client base
- Working closely with the Boutique Manager to support daily operations and uphold the brand's standards
- Assisting with events, private appointments, and concierge partnerships
- Bringing energy, poise, and professionalism to every client interaction
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in luxury retail or jewellery, ideally with an existing client book
- Warm, polished communication and a passion for hospitality-level service
- A natural networker with a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and refined retail
- Understanding of the Middle Eastern market is a plus
- Previous experience with luxury brands such as Cartier, Tiffany, or Chanel is highly desirable
