As we open the doors to our beautiful new store on Walton Street, we’re looking for warm, thoughtful and style-savvy Sales Specialists to bring the spirit of Poetry to life in-store.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Specialists:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be a trusted style guide and a brand ambassador, welcoming every customer with genuine care. Your role will include:
- Building meaningful relationships with our customers
- Developing deep product knowledge to offer personalised styling advice
- Using our till and systems with ease and accuracy
- Collaborating with your team to maintain a calm, elegant store environment
- Bringing confidence, communication and a positive presence to the shop floor
Skills & Experience:
You don’t need years of fashion experience — what matters most is your love for beautiful clothing, a natural flair for customer service, and a willingness to learn. You’ll thrive here if you’re:
- Friendly, polished and personable
- Experienced in a customer-facing or retail environment (fashion retail a bonus)
- Passionate about clothes and confident in offering styling suggestions
- A team player with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Happy to work weekends and flexible hours when needed
Your Hours
This is a part-time, permanent role for 12 hours a week, spread over 2 flexible days. Our store is open:
- Monday–Saturday: 10am–6pm
- Sunday: 11am–5pm
