About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at a welcoming and inclusive school in London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).

  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans in collaboration with school staff and families.

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions.

  • Contribute to EHCP reviews, reports, and target setting.

  • Provide training and guidance to teaching staff to support communication-friendly classrooms.

  • Liaise with external professionals, including NHS and educational psychologists, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy.

  • HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council).

  • Experience working with children and/or within a school setting is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
