Job Title: Japanese speaking Admin Assistant
Duration: 12 months, extensions likely
Location: London/Hybrid (two to three days per week in the office requirement)
Salary: 200.00 per day PAYE

We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese Speaking Admin Assistant to join our Business Planning Group! If you possess a keen interest in corporate and investment banking, have strong organisational skills, and can communicate in both English and Japanese, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
As an integral member of the Business Planning Group, you will support the Front Offices of the Bank in promoting our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head of Business Planning Group and team members in executing business promotion initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Creating and reviewing English and Japanese reports and submitting them to senior management on time.
- Supporting regular reporting processes to senior management and coordinating key meetings and forums.
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various teams and departments.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A basic understanding of CIB businesses and a genuine interest in the financial industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Confident interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards change.
