Recruitment Admin Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 4-8 weeks
Hourly Rate: 15
Working Pattern: Part-time (3 days a week, 9 am - 5 pm)
Location: Borough High Street - Hybrid options available once fully trained
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding job roles and requirements to effectively assist in candidate screening
- Confidently screening applicants over the phone to assess suitability
- Navigating LinkedIn and utilising LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates
- Sending diary invites on behalf of the recruitment team and arranging interviews
- Drafting offer letters and collecting personal information from successful candidates
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of job roles and the recruitment process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and navigating LinkedIn effectively
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
