Are you a Chartered Surveyor with a passion for valuations and a strong understanding of the London property market?

An established and growing boutique property consultancy in Central London is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their close-knit team. With a reputation for delivering expert advice across valuations, landlord & tenant matters, and lease advisory services, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied, client-facing role in a high-quality environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering RICS-compliant valuation reports, managing rent reviews and lease renewals, and advising clients across both residential and commercial sectors. The role is primarily London-focused, and you'll work on a diverse portfolio of properties ranging from individual assets to multi-unit investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections and prepare accurate valuation reports.
  • Provide expert advice for secured lending, tax, acquisition, and disposal purposes.
  • Manage rent reviews and lease renewals; negotiate favourable outcomes.
  • (Desirable) Advise on leasehold matters including lease extensions and enfranchisement's.

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the London property market.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence is a plus but not essential.
