Senior Estimator - Permanent - London

Job title: Senior Estimator

Location: Kings Cross (Office Based)

Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 (DOE)

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with the Managing Director of an M&E Contractor to recruit a Senior Estimator to look after a portfolio of projects across Greater London.

The successful person will have experience of delivering full turnkey solutions from inception to completion for projects in the Commercial sector. The client has developed a reputation for delivering schemes on time and within budget in a portfolio which sees projects ranging in value from 50,000 up to 3 million.

As you will be split between office and site locations, it will be your responsibility to ensure standards and procedures are maintained accordingly.

Your duties will vary depending on the programme of works but could include:

  • Responsible for the establishment, management, and maintenance of the approved bid budget.
  • Oversee and lead the preparation, coordination, and delivery of presentations to customers as required,
  • Oversee the establishment, production, and implementation of bid management processes, including the following activities:
  • Compile tender settlement documentation.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree / Qualification within Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
  • Previous experience of working in the M&E / Commercial sector
