Role:Senior Estimator
Location:West London
Remuneration:75,000 - 85,000 Per Annum
We are searching on behalf of our client, an International Tier 1 contractor for an Senior Estimator to join their team in West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on one of the largest infrastructure projects currently ongoing in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
- Review tender documents and conduct cost risk analysis.
- Liaise with the supply chain for quotes and clarifications.
- Use Candy estimation software (preferred).
- Collaborate with tender planners on methodology and sequencing.
- Prepare and deliver tender documents.
- Participate in tender meetings and handover secured tenders.
Requirements:
- Experience with large-scale projects (roads, tunnels, motorways).
- Strong supply chain liaison skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and teamwork.
