Business Support Administrator - London (12-Month FTC)

Are you passionate, proactive, and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an enthusiastic Business support administrator to join a vibrant consultancy team in London, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location: London (office-based, with occasional work from home by prior agreement)



Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
  • Organise meeting rooms and greet external guests
  • Provide professional, efficient, and reliable support to the team
  • Assist with client enquiries, take messages, and service meetings
  • Prepare and produce documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and manage electronic files
  • Support event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
  • Undertake a broad range of general administration duties


About You:
