Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager Location: Clapham Salary: Dependent on Experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm Weekend Hours: 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am – 2:00pm
The RoleWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our Clapham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven estate agent ready to take the next step into a leadership role within residential sales.
You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, winning new business, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. You'll also support branch development and team training initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Carry out appraisals and win instructions for residential sales properties
- Secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
- Manage and qualify applicant databases
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiating successful sales
- Ensure outstanding levels of customer service are delivered at all times
- Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to other divisions
- Stay compliant with all legal and regulatory obligations
- Maintain up-to-date property knowledge and local market awareness
- Develop and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members
- Proven experience in residential sales with a successful track record
- Valuation and property listing expertise
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- High standards of customer care and professionalism
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Full UK driving licence is essential
