The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our Clapham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven estate agent ready to take the next step into a leadership role within residential sales.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, winning new business, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. You'll also support branch development and team training initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out appraisals and win instructions for residential sales properties
  • Secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Manage and qualify applicant databases
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiating successful sales
  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets
  • Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to other divisions
  • Stay compliant with all legal and regulatory obligations
  • Maintain up-to-date property knowledge and local market awareness
  • Develop and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in residential sales with a successful track record
  • Valuation and property listing expertise
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
  • High standards of customer care and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
