Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in leading and motivating a high-performing team

Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming in-store experience

Drive store performance through effective merchandising, stock control, and team coordination

Maintain Health & Safety standards, ensuring a safe and compliant environment

Embody the brand’s values and support promotional activity
