The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train and mentor a customer-focused team; set clear performance objectives and deliver regular feedback.

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including unit allocations, inventory control, maintenance and health & safety compliance.

  • Sales & Revenue: Develop and execute strategies to maximise occupancy and ancillary revenue (insurance, packing materials, etc.); monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives personalised guidance—conduct site tours, resolve enquiries or complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses and drive profitability through cost-effective process improvements.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports; analyse trends to inform staffing, marketing and promotional activities.

  • Facility Upkeep: Coordinate regular inspections, arrange repairs and upgrades, and liaise with external contractors to maintain a secure, clean environment.
