- Develop and manage demand forecasts to support supply chain operations.
- Lead the S&OP cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Analyse historical sales data and market trends to improve demand planning accuracy.
- Customer Collaboration and manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend adjustments to minimise overstock or stockout situations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on demand planning performance and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the demand planning function.
- Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance forecasting capabilities.
Profile
A successful Demand Planning Manager should have:
- Proven experience in demand planning and S&OP in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Proficiency in demand forecasting software and tools.
