RoleOverview:

Reporting to the Services & Supplies Supply Chain Managers, this role supports the overall management of Estates Supply Chain Partners. The role involves working with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective performance and risk management of suppliers, compliance with contractual obligations, and continuous improvement of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
  • Governance
  • System Coordination: Manage and coordinate the Integrator CAFM system and associated supplier systems.
Relationship Management:
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support the supplier/client relationship across Estates stakeholders, translating business requirements into services and overseeing the contractual relationship Supplier Partners.
  • Collaboration
  • Service Quality: Ensure the Supplier Partner delivers outcomes that meet customer needs and service quality standards.
Strategy:
  • Support Development: Assist in the development and implementation of the Estates Integrator and Supply Chain performance management framework and category strategy.
Health & Safety:
  • Claims
  • Monitoring
Candidate Profile:
  • Technical Skills & Experience:

    • Performance management best practices and industry innovations.
    • Understanding of CAFM systems.
    • Experience with facilities management and security services contracts.
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and develop reports.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Understanding of Continuous Improvement Programme implementation.
    • Awareness of Supplier and Customer Relationship Management tools.
    • Risk management strategies and processes.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Desirable Skills:

    • Understanding of Real Estate and related statutory, regulatory, and professional requirements.
    • Working towards membership of a recognised supply chain management professional body (e.g., IOSCM, ASCM, CIPS).
