The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a leading drinks brand in their search for a Global Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their global brand vision.
The Role:
- Develop and deliver the global brand strategy, marketing plans, and creative assets with a focus on the UK as the lead market.
- Manage NPD, go-to-market plans, and cross-functional project execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in innovation, insights, commercial, PR, and digital to ensure aligned brand building.
- Lead the development of global digital-first campaigns and experiential activations.
- Oversee agency relationships and budget management, while leading a small high-performing team.
- Support the evolution of key brand assets and touchpoints across priority markets.
About You:
- Experience in brand management or innovation marketing, ideally in drinks or FMCG.
- Proven expertise in global brand strategy, campaign development, and cross-market execution.
- Confident communicator and experienced leader, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and teams.
- Passionate about premium brands and experienced in delivering stand-out marketing campaigns.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
