Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic procurement partner to the transformation and IT delivery teams, understanding business objectives and shaping commercial strategies to enable success.
  • Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for complex, high-value IT deals with Tier 1 suppliers (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, Oracle).
  • Support the integration of regional procurement teams into a global centralised model.
  • Develop and implement supplier strategies that enable innovation, performance, and value across the full vendor lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement and in-life supplier management to ensure optimal service delivery and commercial value.
  • Provide internal consultancy to transformation stakeholders, translating technical requirements into commercial solutions.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, business cases, and commercial governance that influence C-suite decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in strategic IT procurement, involving Tier 1 technology vendors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex global negotiations.
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes (ideally involving AI, ERP, or cloud).
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships, influence at all levels, and drive change.
  • Exposure to vendor management, contract lifecycle governance, and procurement-led delivery models.
  • Agile, self-starting, and able to operate both tactically and strategically within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
