- Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Profile
A successful Head of Operations should have:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Management in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
