This role will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the business. Our client is a fast-growing business, with global backing. The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role (ideally in a scaling up business) across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of goods.
- Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
- Analysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
- Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
- Experience in managing supply chains within the FMCG industry, ideally within an SME environment.
- Experience across international logistics, demand planning and supply planning.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer

- Up to c.£90,000 (experience dependent) plus 10% STIP and package.
