About Our Client

Our client is a leading sport communications agency working with some of the most exciting names in golf.  They create stories, campaigns, and experiences that connect brands with golfers and fans around the world.

We’re now looking for a Media Buying Manager to join their growing media and communications team. This is a fully remote role, perfect for someone who wants to combine their professional media experience with their genuine love of the game.

The Role

As Media Buying Manager, you’ll plan, buy, and optimise paid media campaigns that help golf brands reach and inspire their audiences.

Working closely with the PR, content, and creative team, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns that amplify storytelling, showcase new products, and drive measurable results.

You’ll be hands-on with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, confident analysing performance, and always on the lookout for smarter, more creative ways to reach golfers where they play, watch, and connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver paid media campaigns for golf and sports brands.
  • Manage digital ad buys across Meta, Google, YouTube, and golf-specific publishers.
  • Optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with PR and creative teams to align paid and earned activity.
  • Build relationships with golf and lifestyle media partners.
  • Track spend and performance, providing clear reports and insights.
  • Stay up to date with media trends and the latest in golf marketing and fan engagement. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in media planning or buying (agency or brand side).
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.
  • A keen golfer.  Someone who knows the sport, follows it, and loves it.
