What You'll Do:
As a Medical Stores Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Field Operations: Travel to various locations (covering Essex, Kent and London (plus a few more) to manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that healthcare providers have access to essential medical products.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with top-notch support and information about our products.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and assist with audits as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Who You Are:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- A valid driver's licence, vehicle and willingness to travel frequently.
