Supply Chain Administrator - £28,000 – Hammersmith

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in West London. Reporting directly to the Head of Supply, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and building experience through involvement in selected projects. This includes being the main contact for our chilled logistics partners and managing the flow of orders and stock across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and help maintain the sales system in collaboration with the database manager
- Act as the main contact for third-party logistics providers, supporting quarterly reviews
- Liaise with customers and logistics suppliers to arrange deliveries and resolve issues
- Track and analyse delivery discrepancies, proposing improvements where necessary
- Manage and reduce wastage, including coordinating sales to brokers or cost-effective disposal
- Report on key performance indicators such as service levels and wastage
- Place stock orders with our European factories

The Person
We’re looking for someone with either a relevant degree or experience in retail or logistics. You should be:
- Highly organised and efficient
- A strong communicator
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Confident in handling data and making decisions
