Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Job Type: Full-time - 37 hours a week with weekends
  • Location: Holborn - Hybrid working
  • Salary: £17.15 per hour PAYE

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Working with high volumes of PO's weekly and correcting any errors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects and achieve team goals.
  • Take initiative to identify problems and suggest practical solutions.
  • Engage actively in discussions, asking pertinent questions and providing honest contributions.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively in alignment with team or project objectives.
  • Experiment with new approaches to enhance and simplify processes.
  • Transfer skills to new challenges, embracing variety and seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Understand your role deeply and how teams around you operate by seeking out relevant information.
  • Provide and act on timely and accurate feedback to and from colleagues.
  • Build trusted relationships through genuine connections and respect for everyone.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with communicating with stakeholder/supplier level
  • Familiarity with supply chain management.
  • Openness to trying new methods and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing contexts.
