Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have a new and unmissable opportunity for a highly skilled Architectural technician to join a well-established client of ours. The successful candidate will work in a contract role, working on a hybrid basis, requiring you to attend the clients office in West London at a minimum of 2 days a week.

Our client is a leading architectural practice, well known for delivering innovative, sustainable, and carefully crafted architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

-Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages.

-Prepare and manage drawings, specifications, and related documents.

-Ensure designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

-Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members.

-Support design development from RIBA Stage 3 to completion.

-Attend site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings.

Key Requirements:

-Qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.

-Extensive experience in an architectural practice.

-Strong experience working on commercial sector projects.

-Revit experience is essential

- Must have commercial experience, aviation experience would be advantageous

-Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

-Strong communication and organisational skills.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
