Sonic Summary

Our clients are seeking Residential Surveyors across London due to expansion and increased business levels.
This remote-based role requires carrying out Level 3 Surveys and offers a variety of benefits while working in a professional team.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a basic salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
Successful candidates can expect an OTE of £70,000 to £100,000, along with additional perks such as a car allowance and healthcare.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Residential Surveyor and be AssocRICS qualified.

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking for Residential Surveyors across London to join their team. This is a remote-based role with a requirement to carry out Level 3 Surveys Our clients offer a bespoke, quality service with a variety of benefits, working in an energetic and professional team.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday – Friday

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

Basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
10% commission on fees
£70,000 - £100,000 OTE
Car Allowance
Healthcare
25 days plus bank holidays

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
Minimum AssocRICS qualified
Hungry and Ambitious
UK driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
