We are seeking a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established Surveying practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation.
The position offers flexible working hours and a highly attractive 70/30 commission split.
The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £70,000 OTE, depending on the work carried out.
Candidates are required to have an AssocRICS qualification, with VRS preferred, and must have experience in carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
This role involves working 1 to 2 days a week as a Consultancy Surveyor.

We are working with a well-established Surveying practice who are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team. Our clients are a private practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation and are seeking Consultancy Surveyors to work 1 to 2 days a week, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

70/30 Commission split
£30,000 - £70,000 OTE dependent on work carried out

Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:

Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
AssocRICS qualification
VRS preferred
