Sonic Summary

The position requires a MRICS surveyor with a minimum of 4 years of post-certification experience.
Candidates should have demonstrable knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
A background in corporate and commercial estate management is preferred.
Experience in either the public or private sector is also welcomed.
