Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Surveyor for a community-based housing association based in and around the London boroughs of Bromley and Bexley.We are seeking an experienced professional surveyor, with a strong customer focus and good understanding of asset management, repairs and health and safety compliance, including the legislative and regulatory requirements for housing associations.Contract: PermanentBasic Salary: Circa £60kHours: Full time, 35 hours per weekLocation: Agile working in place (offices are in Penge and Bexley)Summary of PostThis role is pivotal to maintaining and improving our housing stock, ensuring high standards of property management and service delivery. This role involves working across key areas of asset management, including major repairs, planned and cyclical programmes, management of Damp, Condensation and Mould cases, Disrepair and property related void management. The postholder will manage and update our Stock Condition Survey data, working with our contractors and partners to ensure excellent service delivery and value for money. The Surveyor will also provide technical support for delivery of our responsive repairs service as required. The postholder will ensure overall compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements.Benefits package
