Responsibilities:As the Sustainability Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams on sustainability accreditations (BREEAM, WELL, LEED)
  • Gather literature for compliance and transparency ??
  • Conduct assessments of internal processes for improvement
  • Lead the annual BCorp review and ensure continuous progress
  • Manage the Renew programme for furniture reuse
  • Oversee ESG reporting and promote sustainability at industry events �?
  • Develop policies and track emissions for carbon neutrality by 2030
  • Engage clients with presentations on sustainability initiatives ??

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience in sustainability management, ideally in furniture or construction
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards
  • Experience in implementing sustainability policies and reporting
  • Excellent collaborative and communicative skills
  • Strong leadership abilities to drive change and influence stakeholders
  • A passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship �?

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Familiarity with ISO and FSC standards
  • Experience in carbon lifecycle documentation
  • Insight into supply chain sustainability

Technologies:

  • Familiarity with reporting systems and sustainability metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools
