our clientis expanding and scaling its Cloud Marketplaces programme in partnership with leading cloud technology providers such as Microsoft and AWS. We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to drive incremental new revenue through marketplace procurement channels.

You will work closely with Sales and Partner Managers on pipeline activities, manage reporting and analytics using Excel, CRM, and Power BI, and coordinate with operations teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Programme and serve as a special Deal Desk advisor.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sales Ops, Finance, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, Credit, etc.) to align deal structures with our client, customer, and cloud partner requirements.

  • Ensure marketplace transactions adhere to our client's revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.

  • Monitor and evaluate opportunities for marketplace eligibility and communicate approval decisions to Sales and Partner Managers.

  • Maintain Salesforce CRM data hygiene and support Power BI dashboard accuracy.

Project Management
  • Implement project plans and process improvements on Salesforce and associated applications.

  • Track progress and manage product listings on Cloud Marketplaces.

  • Draft and distribute regular communications to sales and management, including newsletters on deal status and success stories.

  • Coordinate with the Credit Team to create, monitor, and close Azure Marketplace private offers.

General Team Support
  • Create and maintain online forms in Microsoft Forms.

  • Onboard new hires to distribution lists, meetings, systems, and Teams/Slack channels.

  • Manage shared Outlook inbox and direct inquiries appropriately.

  • Curate and govern sales collateral and enablement materials on internal portals.

  • Liaise with external design vendors to ensure timely and high-quality presentation materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong business analysis skills, particularly in Excel (including VLOOKUP).

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook), and Power BI.

  • Experience in process documentation, process engineering, and project management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sales support or working with cross-functional teams in a global organisation.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
