Senior Technical Architect roles & responsibilities:
- Managing multiple projects concurrently (£500k £6m in value).
- Creating technical drawing packages for projects using Revit.
- Closing out client design where necessary.
- Carrying out building surveys.
- Attending site for site meetings over the course of project delivery.
- Communicating with clients and sub-contractors.
- Ongoing design coordination
- Issuing of drawings to sub-contractors and clients.
- Working closely with the Internal Design, Projects and Finance Teams.
- Liaising with Building Control when required.
Senior Technical Architect experience required:
- Minimum 6 years post qualified design experience.
- Good Fit Out / Refurbishment project experience.
- Excellent Revit / Sketch Up / Enscape / AutoCAD skills.
- Strong communication skills written and spoken.
- Good understanding of planning applications and UK regs.
- Degree educated or similar desirable.
A hybrid role, the Design Team works from an epic office space in Central London three days a week. There are currently 15 design staff in this high performing team, with a company headcount of 60+.
