Sonic Summary

The client is seeking a Jira Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on Atlassian tools and ITIL service management.
The position offers a salary of up to £590 per day and is classified as outside IR35.
Candidates must have proven experience as a Jira SME, Architect, or Engineer, with the ability to customize workflows and configurations.
Knowledge of integrating Jira with other tools and supporting ITIL-based processes is essential, along with experience in end-to-end implementations.
The role is hybrid/remote, requiring UK-based candidates and flexibility to work on-site approximately once every two weeks.

My client is a major consulting firm who urgently seeks a Jira SME with expertise in Atlassian tools and ITIL-based service management tooling to come in and help them on a very critical programme.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Jira SME / Architect / Engineer.
Able to customise Jira workflows, permissions, and configurations.
Expertise of integrating Jira with other Atlassian tools and third-party systems.
Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
Knowledge of End-to-end Jira implementations and migrations.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Jira usage across teams.
Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
Flexible approach towards hybrid working (once every 2 weeks likely)
