The Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, articulate and organised Inbound Call Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be responsible for handling all incoming calls with professionalism and warmth. You’ll support clients by answering queries, booking appointments, and guiding them through our service offerings — making sure every client feels valued from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to client enquiries with professionalism and care

  • Provide information about our treatments, pricing, promotions, and practitioners

  • Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments using our clinic management system

  • Make outbound follow-up calls where needed (e.g. aftercare or reminders)

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure systems are up to date

  • Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate clinic or specialist

  • Support the smooth daily running of the clinic(s) through excellent communication

About You:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based role (e.g. reception, customer service, healthcare, or beauty sector)

  • A natural communicator with a calm, friendly and confident phone manner

  • Highly organised, reliable and able to multitask under pressure

  • Tech-savvy and confident using booking systems (training provided)

  • Passionate about providing a first-class client experience

  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is a bonus, but not essential — full training will be provided

Hours are:

1130am- 8pm 3 days a week

9am -530pm 2 days a week
