Job Title: Receptionist
Salary: £26,000 per annum

O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join a long-established and highly reputable privately-owned property management company based in Finchley. The company has been operating since the 1950s and boasts an impressive portfolio of managed properties. This is a fully office-based role, and candidates must be located within a 30-minute drive of the office. On-site parking is available.

As Receptionist, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing post and deliveries
- Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
- Providing general administrative support to the wider office team
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A helpful and professional attitude
- A track record of staying in roles for a reasonable period (loyalty and reliability are highly valued)
- Experience within the property industry is beneficial but not essential
