Description

  • Welcome and direct visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and organising meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Profile

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
