Duties to include:
- Warmly welcoming and seating guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Presenting menus clearly and accurately taking food and drink orders
- Serving dishes and beverages with efficiency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality
- Anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests to ensure an exceptional experience
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including table setup and preparation for service
- Processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
