About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to support e-commerce and subscription products. You'll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end experience, balancing user needs with commercial outcomes to drive growth.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in subscription SaaS or e-commerce, and the ability to deliver hands-on UX, UI, and optimisation work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do-
Design across web & app e-commerce and subscription journeys (this previous experience is essential)

Deliver end-to-end solutions in Figma, using a defined pattern library

Lead discovery and usability testing to validate and optimise experiences

Collaborate with product, e-commerce, optimisation, and design teams

Deliver the full spectrum: research, UX, UI, A/B testing, optimisation

Highlight accessibility, usability, and compliance in all design work

Facilitate workshops (with occasional ad-hoc sessions in Nottingham)

Apply a commercial mindset with experience in analytics & experimentation

Bring strong case studies in subscription/e-commerce (feature gating a plus)

Fintech experience is highly desirable
