This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in North London (part remote possible also). The Sales Executive will be responsible for processing inbound holiday requests, generating new leads, contacting potential clients, and converting inquiries into sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, preparing and presenting tailored ski holiday packages, negotiating pricing, and maintaining client records. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the Alps, skiing and catered chalets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (excel in particular)
