Graduate EIA Consultant
Location: London

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit a Graduate EIA Consultant to join their growing Environmental team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and environmentally passionate graduate to begin their career within a supportive and dynamic team that delivers high-quality Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and related planning services across the UK.



The Role

As a Graduate EIA Consultant, you'll support senior team members in coordinating and delivering EIAs and associated environmental reports for a variety of projects, including large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

You'll work closely with planners, designers, and technical specialists to ensure that environmental factors are fully integrated into project planning and delivery.



What We're Looking For

  • A relevant environmental or planning degree (e.g., Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Planning, or similar)

  • An understanding of the EIA process and UK planning system

  • Strong report writing, research and analytical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
