Are you an experienced business travel consultant who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service? Our client is looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our dedicated team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the number one business travel partner for SMEs. This is a fully remote position based in London.
What We're Looking For- Minimum of 3 years of business travel experience.
- Fully conversant with Galileo (Evolvi rail booking system is highly desirable).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Solid product knowledge with the ability to clearly explain benefits to clients.
- A strong eye for detail and a genuine pride in excellent service delivery.
- Experience working in commission/target based roles
- Amenable to working a couple of weekend shifts a month
As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will manage and service a portfolio of our SME and VIP clients. Your primary focus will be to deliver a high-touch, personalised service that supports our clients' program objectives, whether that's reducing costs or ensuring duty of care. You'll be a proactive problem-solver, consistently seeking ways to add value to bookings and optimise the entire travel experience for your clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consistently high levels of service to exceed client expectations.
- Understand and adapt to bespoke client processes and policies.
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to client well-being and duty of care.
- Proactively seek competitive rates and fares to maximise savings.
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuing, and changes efficiently.
- Work at a fast pace and adapt quickly to increased inquiry volumes.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with the wider team to achieve company objectives.
