Our latest role as an Event Travel Manager could be perfect!

In this position the hours are Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm, meaning you get to make the most of your days before settling down to work (and still get to bed at a reasonable hour!).

You’ll be working closely with your team members in the US as you look after the air travel for a wide range of client events. Each event will have multiple attendee’s and your role will be to co-ordinate the travel to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time!

You’ll handle lots of US domestic flights as well as international ones, using your creative travel arranging skills to source the best options and fare types for each trip.

Your voice will be the knowledgeable one at the end of the phone when your clients call.

And your clear and concise emails will show just how valuable the service you provide is when it comes to organising mass travel.

  • Business Travel Consultant experience is required
  • Group air is advantageous but as long as you have solid air fares knowledge, it’s not essential.
  • Experience working with different fare types such as route deals, IT fares etc
  • Sabre GDS is strongly preferred but Galileo/Amadeus also considered
  • Recalculations and ticketing knowledge also strongly preferred, you must at least know and understand how to work out reissue fee’s.
