Private Luxury Travel Consultant – Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted client relationships via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Design and oversee bespoke travel experiences, managing everything from research and booking to final execution.
  • Leverage consultative sales expertise to convert inquiries into high-value bookings.
  • Stay ahead of luxury travel trends, providing expert guidance on destinations, hotels, and experiences.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal teams to elevate service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and industry partner relationships to secure the finest experiences for clients.

Private Luxury Travel Consultant – Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years' experience in ultra-luxury travel, specialising in high-end, tailor-made itineraries for HNW individuals.
  • A proven track record in managing complex bookings, including pricing, invoicing, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and deep industry insight.
  • Strong knowledge of elite travel destinations, luxury hotel brands, and exclusive affiliations.
  • Outstanding client relationship management – discretion, attention to detail, and high-touch service.
  • A highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on diverse projects.
