The Job Role
Handling incoming sales calls from various clients
Using your customer service and selling skills, you will be expected to maximise sales of the company product/s and to be able to offer information and advise on all aspects of their requirements
Providing the very best customer care across the board and assisting with other team members in order to facilitate daily tasks as and when required
Ensuring your administrative duties are managed efficiently
The successful Travel Sales Administrator will have:
A high level of experience gained ideally within a fast-paced office role
Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken
Desire to perform well and smash their targets!
Ability to manage their workload effectively
Good PC knowledge
