ABA Tutor - SEN Support | Newham | 22,500 - 23,000 per annum

An inclusive Newham school is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025, supporting children with Special Educational Needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support pupils' learning and behaviour within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Full-time, permanent position with the school

• September 2025 start

• Salary: 22,500 - 23,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

• Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

• Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

• Understanding of SEN challenges in children, particularly autism and related needs

• Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans

• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs

• Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN

• Committed to high-quality SEN provision incorporating evidence-based ABA practices
