About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House Manager to lead the Front-of-House operations of a flagship luxury residential development in Vauxhall. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, five-star experience to residents and their guests.?
Our client aims to place the candidate in another similar role on a permanent basis at the end of the 12 month fixed term.
Key Responsibilities:
The Front of House Manager shall;
Oversee all Front-of-House operations, including concierge and housekeeping services, ensuring alignment with five-star service standards.
Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Maintain immaculate standards throughout all public and back-of-house areas.
Build strong relationships with residents, addressing their needs with efficiency and care.
Manage resident communication platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination
Conduct regular audits to ensure health and safety compliance across all front-of-house areas.
Assist in monthly reporting on service performance, budgets, and team management to the General Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 35 years experience in a Front-of-House management role within a luxury residential, five-star hotel, or high-end hospitality setting.
Impeccable communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-expectation environment.
Strong understanding of VIP/resident etiquette, confidentiality, and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and concierge or building management systems.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required.
Right to work in the UK.
