Integration Lead - Hard FM & Projects

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional on a contract basiswith experience across the delivery and set up of both Hard FM maintenance services and Project work.

This is a unique opportunity where you will lead internal teams and external contractors to prepare a key building for reopening in the early part of 2026.

You will require a strong understanding across Mechanical and Electrical building services and understand what is required to make the building compliant and operational, putting in place plans and processes to rectify a number of existing issues.

  • To reinstate a first class planned maintenance schedule across Mechanical, Electrical and fabric assets
  • Carrying out due diligence and surveys across all M&E assets following emergency shut down
  • Ensuring onsite teams are carrying out required service and upgrade plans to M&E assets within the building, to achieve compliance and operational status
  • Analysing and providing the client with all relevant data
  • Assessing warranties & O&M manuals and acting accordingly to rectify any issues
  • Working with Health & Safety teams to ensure the building is fully compliant and able to reopen
  • Working with the Projects team to put together a programme of works in order to complete priority works before site opening
  • Ensuring H&S across all project activities
  • Building relationships and managing other contractors onsite to ensure their works are delivered to regulations and on time
  • Resolving ongoing issues with problematic projects being delivered by other contractors
  • Providing the client with regular and detailed progress reports
  • Work with the senior leadership team to manage the financial and commercial elements of the contract

For this contract it is essential that you've been involved in both FM and project delivery and have experience in the set up and mobilisation of services.
